Chick-fil-A, Inc. announced today it will expand its Atlanta presence through the lease of corporate office space at 725 Ponce, an industrial office development located on the Eastside Beltline and adjacent to Ponce City Market. The new office location will be an extension of the Chick-fil-A Support Center (the company’s existing headquarters south of the city) and will accommodate up to 250 corporate employees at the workspace in Midtown.
“We are excited to expand our corporate footprint in the heart of Atlanta with a Midtown presence,” said Christina Coleman, Director of Campus Planning & Operations. “This new office space will allow us to grow while inspiring new and existing talent at Chick-fil-A. The Eastside Beltline has created tremendous residential growth and business opportunities, and we are thrilled to join other companies in building office space adjacent to the trail.”
Located on the sixth floor, the workspace at 725 Ponce will feature nearly 40,000 square feet of office space. The build out will take several months with Chick-fil-A corporate employees slated to move in the summer of 2020. The new office will allow employees more flexibility and workplace options and accommodate recent growth at Support Center. Jon Mayeske and Janelle Beasley of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the lease for Chick-fil-A Inc., and Aileen Almassy of Cushman & Wakefield represented 725 Ponce.

Adjacent to the Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant, built in the 1900s, the land where 725 Ponce sits has been in the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.
