Domino’s has signed a 68,000-square-foot lease for a new food processing and distribution center in Lexington County, South Carolina. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2019.

Ken Ashley, John Wilkinson and Whitney Hembree of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office, along with Lee Warfield of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations, and Amy Gerber of Cushman & Wakefield’s Business Incentives group secured incentives.

“This new facility will create 75 jobs, and help to meet growing demand from the Lexington County area,” Ashley said. “We are proud to continue to support Domino’s in its expansion throughout the country.”

Hiring is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2019, with the new facility to be delivered in the second quarter of 2020.
