Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 140,400-square-foot lease for LOGIPIA USA, Inc., located at Crossroads in Savannah, Georgia. LOGIPIA USA, Inc., is a third-party logistics service provider working with automotive supply chains.

Greg Dickerson and Kirk Diamond of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office, along with Stephen Ezelle of Cushman & Wakefield’s Savannah office, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Duke Realty, was self-represented by Brian Sutton.

“With a tremendous location directly near the Port of Savannah and easy access to Atlanta as well as other major cities throughout the Southeast, Crossroads was a perfect location for LOGIPIA USA, Inc.,” Dickerson said. “Duke Realty is an outstanding landlord and was a pleasure to work with.”

The 285,000-square-foot Crossroads building is located at 200 Logistics Way. The two-tenant building is now full leased.
