Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 25,884-square-foot lease expansion for CoStar at Phipps Tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket. The company now occupies more than 82,000 square feet in the Class A office building. Nadia O’Dea of CoStar Group, Inc., along with Kirk Diamond, April Parrish and Erin Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Sam Holmes of CBRE represented the sub-landlord, Goodwin Wright, Inc.
“We are very pleased to have reached agreement for this sublease thus allowing us to further consolidate over 560 of our associates in Atlanta,” O’Dea said. “For the past six years Buckhead has provided an extremely convenient location, offering quick access for our clients and employees.”
Located at 3438 Peachtree Road, the 20-story Phipps Tower office tower totals 475,091 square feet. The building is LEED Gold Certified and offers state-of-the-art on-site amenities including a full-service fitness center, conference center for up to 105 attendees, covered pedestrian access to more than 100 shops and restaurants at Phipps Plaza, and five levels of covered parking with designated vehicle charging stations and secure bicycle parking.
