Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Sandy Springs Crossing, a 132,819-square-foot, LA Fitness-anchored retail center located in Metro Atlanta in Sandy Springs. Mark Gilbert and Fain Hicks of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors represented the seller, a joint venture partnership between RCG Ventures Fund III and a Fund managed by DRA Advisors, LLC, in the transaction. FCA Partners acquired the property on behalf of its pension fund separate account client.
“The Sandy Springs Crossing offering presented buyers with the unique opportunity to acquire a well-seasoned, stable asset in an affluent, high-growth Atlanta submarket with attractive long-term repositioning opportunities,” Hicks said.
Sandy Springs Crossing, renovated in 2011, is currently 93 percent leased. Tenants include several favorite local retailers and restaurants including Rockler Woodworking, Nori Nori, Aldo’s, Canton Cooks, Club Champion, The Savvy Cellars and Bride Beautiful. Located at 6690 Roswell Road, the four-building shopping center is located at one of Sandy Springs’ busiest and most prominent intersections.
